  • Are You Bullying Yourself - Reboot

What you say to yourself matters. Whether it’s good or bad vibes, you need to know that understanding and listening to your inner self keeps you going. If you are in procrastination mode, how do you motivate yourself to move forward? A little bit of tough love for these situations can be a good thing – if done correctly.

In this first episode of U R Immeasurable, I’m opening up about how sometimes a little bully talking with yourself can get you up and moving. When things are tough or you’re down, a little self-talk to get you out of your rut is exactly what you might need. As long as it’s forward-moving and getting your butt in gear, this can be useful. Also, I will talk about the scare tactics we give ourselves, and those not-so-helpful talks we have with ourselves.
