Patricia’s Lamb Allow more than ½ lb per person (it shrinks in cooking and everybody loves it).Preparation time 10 minutes Serves 42 lbs. lamb cubed2 tabsps. soy sauce2 tabsps. tomato ketchup2 tabsps. honey2 tabsps. chutney or pickle2 teasps. Worcester sauce1 teasp. made English mustard (not essential)Put lamb in boiling water until it turns brown – a minute or so. Remove, drain and add all the ingredients. Cook in oven (160-170 degrees) for about 2-2 ½ hours. Check from time to time so that it doesn’t dry out. Serve with rice and a green salad. Doesn’t freeze well.
