Fun storytelling for kids of all ages

I've read all three books in this series so far. This one matches the storytelling of the first and draws you in from the beginning.

Well set up, well paced and the story keeps moving from start to finish. The descriptions are vivid in both characters thoughts and actions. Samâs transformations and abilities are down to the smallest detail so that you can almost see each aspect.

There are a few inconsistencies, but they donât detract from the story so Iâll let them pass.

Fun and Lively Kids Story!!!

Yet again a wonderful, lively-paced kids story, great for reading aloud or for young readers to practice reading skills! I read it to my 7 year old daughter for reading night and she loved both the pictures and the fun, action filled story:) Sam is adorable and saves the day as usual - Jack and even Molly learn about washing hands and Mom gets a beautifully baked cake along with a squeaky clean kitchen in the end - hooray! Highly recommended for kids of all ages:)

Gloriously absurd

I'm loving this series, as is my 7 year old daughter. They're funny in a silly slapstick sort of way, that works perfectly for kids 6-10 or so. These books are fun to read with or to the kids, and are also perfect for them to read to themselves.

In this book the badgers are again up to mischief, even from within jail. In this farce they get out jail disguised as bees- a striped rugby shirt and some fairy wings are quite enough to fool King Toothbrush Weasel.

This story introduces some new characters- two badger hunting dachshunds and some fiendishly wild office chairs, even more wicked than the badgers.

It's all glorious absurdity and you might as well enjoy the mayhem.
