"To be loved. Oh, what a feeling to be loved..." Man... love... I feel like a lot of us are looking for love, seeking love, wanting love, but I think sometimes we look in the wrong places. And, I mean, it's not anybody's fault. It's just like, um... you got to know love to seek love. And I was listening to Lizzo, you know, she got her new track "2 Be Loved" and she was talking about how she did the work and it didn't work and how, you know, just being "alone."

But she said gosh darn it, now I know my worth and it's not always about, you know, somebody disrespecting you and doing you wrong. It's just about knowing what it is that you want and being able to identify, because sometimes we can have good things, but it's not worth our time and energy. In the song Lizzo says, "How am I supposed to love somebody else when I don't like myself? Guess I better learn to like this."

You got to learn to like who you are to learn how to love who you are so you can know what it is that you want and what you desire. What works great for you? Acknowledging yourself and making room for yourself. Yeah. That's what it means to be loved. Oh, what a feeling to be loved.
