3 movies. 1 hit. In this podbit I discuss the trilogy that so many people are not talking about. Seems that if the writers stuck to the restaurant-hunt theme, things would have faired better for the franchise. NPH's performance and star blowing up will always be attributed to the White Castle installment, but the sequels didn't gain nearly as much buzz. I'd still like to see at least one more chapter from these guys, as the sequels were still funny but just pivoted from what people fell in love with in the first place.

Based on the first trailer, I thought Cameron's second installment would blow away the 2009 masterpiece. While The Way of Water has alot of great characters, action, heartwarming moments and a decent story - it has some pacing and editing issues throughout. The third act is the better of the three, and as an action buff frankly that's all I was looking forward to anyways! No cliffhanger ending, still alot of questions and gaps, no scenes from Earth where I'm sure they're dying (literally) to get to Pandora. In this in-depth review, I cover everything negative and positive about the second chapter, and discuss my hopes and ideas for the sequels.

Jimmy did a great thing trying to help the food establishments keep their operations going during the Covid-19 pandemic, offering the MrBeast Burger "ghost kitchen" concept. In this episode, I'm mainly reacting the opening day of the MrBeast Burger restaurant inside the American Dream Mall, which was feat. in a video from Youtubers Colin & Samir titled "We spent 24 hours with MrBeast". Lack of planning really affected the flow but in the end they broke the world record by 3x of most burgers sold in one day, and while the operation seems a success on paper- Jimmy really needed a "beast" of a team in his corner. Note: this episode is not a review of the food, just an insightful reaction to that wild opening day!

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" was eventually released in 2016, to very mixed reviews. I absolutely adore it, the "Martha" connection reveal worked for me, even if it only temporarily paused their battle to join forces to defeat Lex and Doomsday. Superb visuals, great action, loved the addition of Gal's Wonder Woman, just an amazing entry in Snyder's DC universe.

Great cast, big names, sadly resulted in an unrewatchable reboot. The skin-tight (well, to whom it applies) suit, forgettable plot. The reveal of how much of Murphy survived was a good, heartbreaking scene. But this movie didn't work, not alot of great chemistry, not enough setup. Odd to release it in February, just in time for Valentine's Day. I watched it once, no desire to see it again.
