Join us for the 10-day #feelgoodchallenge!
It's simple...
Each day for 10 consecutive days, ask yourself: What can I do today to make myself feel good?
Note down what you did (write it down or voice record, whatever feels most comfortable) and share it with others via social media platforms and in person. :)
Today we discuss the upcoming 8-week Action for Happiness course which we are facilitating in Reading/UK from 10th September 2019.
We provide an overview of what to expect from this 'Exploring What Matters' course which deals with the big questions around happiness and how we can lead happier lives.

Alexandra is sharing with Judith, what today, 4th June, means to her and why she calls it her 'Celebration of Life' day. An honest conversation about life and its challenges.
Judith and Alexandra are joined by two wonderful ladies for an impromptu free flow podcast session, which was completely unexpected. Sometimes the best things in life are the ones we didn't plan for. :)
The two guests are:
Hannah Skalleberg: A US student, currently in the UK to set up her research project, that is intended to create a cultural consensus model of British beliefs about chronic pain and pain management. The purpose for this project is to address an identified gap in the international understanding of chronic pain management in western biomedicine (for example, the National Pain Audit by the British Pain Society in 2013, identified a need for a better understanding of multidisciplinary care).
Lynette Greenaway: Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Facilitator of Sister Stories (a circle for women), Energy for Life Wellness Coach and Mentor for newly qualified Yoga Teachers
