We dish about making someone a star, the difference between directing a new musical and a revival, the current state of Broadway, reviving Legally Blonde, and how he whips people into shape for his high impact numbers! We also discuss the impact that losing so many friends to AIDS had on him and why his Broadway Bares All is the thing he's most proud of.
