The second round of the college football playoff poll still shows the undefeated Oregon Ducks football team as the number one ranked team in the country.  Ohio State, Penn State and Indiana all dominated the top five spots.

If the college football playoffs began today the Big Ten would have four teams in.  We will look at the potential college football playoff scenarios and take a look at what remains ahead for each Big Ten team.

Sadly, we lost former USC football coach John Robinson at the age of 89.  He enjoyed rare success in both college and the NFL as a head coach.

On a brighter note we shout out our Big Ten football players of the week.

We take a closer look at Michigan State basketball's game vs. number one Kansas and note some interesting Big Ten games on the hoops schedule over the next few days!
