“So the polarity post - and it stopped me dead in my scroll. It said something along the lines of, and I'm paraphrasing of course, I am so sick and tired of these coaches who keep saying that you have to build an audience in order to launch a course. That is crap.”

 

On this episode of the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, I will be discussing in detail my thoughts about how you pave your way into a successful career.. It is by doing something very important even prior to planning your launch, and that is --- building your audience. 

 

This stemmed from a recent online post made by a fellow coach the other day that I saw which basically tells the opposite of everything that I teach. And when I read that she was basically saying you didn’t need to build an audience to launch a course, I couldn’t help but stop and think about this.

 

One of the biggest topics I believe in and teach all of my coaching clients, is the fact that you need to build an audience and cultivate your relationship with them in order to be successful. That is something I teach to every single person I work with, and it has been a strategy that has worked for me in my business. 

 

“If you're not building your audience, if you're not trying to show up as a person rather than a salesperson… Say for example, you want to be a used-car salesman. You go right ahead and be a used car-salesman. But that will only take you for so long. And that will only build you a following until that  following realizes that's all you're using them for is cash.”
