Did you know that you can increase your IQ by being more creative?
The way you can do this, was let out in my chat with Kirsten Arsher, a Creative Architect, who uses creativity to work with entrepreneurs and small businesses in service industries to ideate, create and execute product design.
Kirsten provides a safe space for women to express themselves, bond with their authentic self and grow as well as support one another.
She also teaches and facilitates trainings for organizations to increase team problem solving and creative thinking.
Kirsten did not find ease and business growthy in one night, she travelled on a journey of self-discovery that allowed her to find her strength in full creative expressiveness, which she uses to help others to be the best of themselves.
Her work is influenced by her background as a production manager for the entertainment industry, as a trainer and facilitator in the personal development and human performance industry and a lifetime in the creative arts.
Kirsten works with her clients to design products that can range from program framework, service offers, customer experience, to retreat creation and coordination and finally, high level accountability.
The main take away of this interview are:
Be committed to finding something that you love to help you express yourself
Look for your community and hangout with them
Develop your ability to tap into your curiosity
