Em interviews guest, Tracy Holemeyer.  They discuss all things shame, somatic practices and how to understand and befriend our own shame.  Through this process we can begin remembering the love we have for ourselves and our worthiness.  

Tracy is a somatic practitioner, deeply rooted in the earth while simultaneously stretching toward the heavens, attempting to become a better ancestor each day by committing to well-being.
