Our universe is filled with trillions of stars arranged into galaxies. One type of galaxy is arranged in a spiral pattern. Our own galaxy, that’s the Milky Way, is a spiral made up of 200 billion stars. Now, the inside stars rotate faster than the outside stars that form the “arms” of the spiral. So after just a few rotations, the spiral arms should disappear. And yet we still see stars shining in spiral arrangements all throughout the universe.
This is only a problem if you believe the universe is billions of years old. When you start with God’s Word, it’s no problem because God created spiral galaxies just a few thousand years ago.
