In this episode, I want to talk through ways YOU personally can handle making mistakes in life, but also your business or career.

So I would like to share some tips on how you can handle being a flawed person, who does make mistakes. Because you will, whether they’re emotional mistakes, or they’re mistakes in your career because you forgot to check that email and missed an appointment. Regardless, you can learn from these life situations, and you can handle them and your emotions in an effective way.

Today i’ll be walking into my 9th wall mural, and I thought what a more perfect time to share my art journey, and really expand on how art became so influential in my life and has drastically benefited my mental health.

Last April I painted my first wall mural. Painting murals was always something I wanted to do, and it became one of my bucket list items. However, because I was viewing it as a bucket list goal, I think I was almost treating it as a “far fetched dream” that maybe wouldn’t turn into a reality, or if it did… it would be years down the line.

Last year I promised myself I would chase my passions, and get rid of my fear of failure and perfectionism, hence why I finally started this podcast last January.

Before I expand on how I finally reached that dream of painting murals, I would love to back it up, and give my backstory towards art as a whole.

To the women who lack love from a father - you still deserve love. And you are still worthy of it.

To the women who have a broken relationship with their mothers. I’m SO sorry her voice most likely became your inner voice. You’re enough. You’re amazing. You’re not perfect, and that’s okay. I accept you

To the women who shrink themselves small because they feel like they’re TOO much, I accept you. You are filled with passion and heart and that’s amazing, i know you feel like a lot but I accept you and i will listen to you light up when talking about something you care about

To the women who feel like they don’t belong and feel misunderstood. Don’t suppress yourself to fit in - I promise there are people out there who will understand you. Take yourself out of circles where you feel as tho your most radiant qualities need to be dimmed

To the women who love whoever they wanna love but society doesn’t approve of that gender, timing, or non-societal-norm - you deserve to give love and to receive it. You do you boo.

To the women who want kids, don’t want kids, maybe can’t have kids, or just haven’t made up their minds yet - that is NO ones business. You deserve to write your own journey the way YOU want.

To the women who are battling everyday struggles, mental illness, and the pressures of life, you’ve got this. Be proud of yourself, and in case anyone hasn’t told you lately - I’m proud of you.
