So, Japa is the time when we bring our superpower back and we remember it. Because if you’re able to focus your awareness, especially on the transcendental sound vibration, then the main purpose of the consciousness is to be reconnected with our source, with the Supreme Consciousness, Krishna. You can do that by focusing on the sound of the mantra.

And so now, we’ll just remember our superpowers, even though we’ve forgotten them. Our main superpower is our attention and our free will to bring our attention to anywhere we wish. It’s really important in Japa period to remember that it’s my choice where I place my attention. Nobody else can force you. Somebody can put your body in jail or whatever, but you can still bring your attention to where you want to bring it. We always have that superpower, and where attention goes, energy flows. Wherever you put your attention, that’s where all your energy is going to go.
