So... I'm about to do a scary thing.

This is probably the most vulnerable, most potentially embarrassing thing I've ever shared on the internet, but I've done it for a reason.

As in create EVERYTHING before cart open. Seriously.

B is for Boundaries and Batch cooking!

Do your loved ones really know what to expect? Or what you need from them? Like feeding, for example.

C is for Clearing the decks

I tried to do my usual amount of client work – not my best idea. So clear as much of that as you can before you go.

D is for Delegate

Make sure you have the professional support you need, are there tasks which you can use a tool to accomplish if you don't have a team – help doesn't have to cost a lot.

E is for Entice yo'self

I had a chart, obvs. For each 5 sales I had a "reward". Crystals, courses, art…anything which motivates you works. Gamify it up and make the sales enticing for a reason other than just the numbers.

F is for Future content

All that content you made for your launch? Reuse it! I went live every day on Instagram during launch week and every time I did, I hit record on Audacity…boom! 3 podcasts.

• Yes it IS possible to create a super successful online business without a strict content plan, but if you get at all distracted it's probably not the best way for you
• Taking a holiday is HARD but it is possible. Finding the RIGHT clients is a big part of it and working on a retainer means as long as the hours are done for that month it doesn't really matter if I'm away for a week.
• 15 minutes to repurpose your video content challenge? HELLZ YEAH. 3 mediums, text and video, emails and quotes. BOOM. You'll love this tip.
• We all get derailed from our to-do list. When it happens, step away for 5 minutes to reset and then get back and get the thoughts out of your head and onto paper. Hint: Find the quick wins ;-)

• You can't just show up online and do things, you need to actively tell people about your services. You need to actively sell, and you need to actually tell people, "Hey come and sign up for this course," or, "Come and get this free resource," or, "Come and book a call with me." And if you do it enough times, when people are ready, they will reach out to you.
• If you want a stress free approach, you need to organize yourself. Because if you don't have a process, it's a mess, and it's not going to work, it's as simple as that.
• Think like a CEO, check everything, plan everything and have a solid pipeline.
• Get over yourself and understand that you either will work on it and make friends with sales, or you might as well stop having your business.

• On being visible: No one gets a free pass on doing the work. "I'm an introvert" is not a get out of jail free card. Conquer your fears and get out there.
• The underlying reason behind people-pleasing is usually fear.

• Disruption is necessary. Stand up and stand proud of your beliefs. Stop censoring yourself through fear of how saying what you feel will be perceived.
• The money is in the mistakes. If you're going to lose your proverbial every time something goes wrong, well your day in the sun is not about to be a long one.
• Make your why bigger than your fear. When I say bigger it doesn't have to mean deeply profound but it does have to be utterly true for YOU.
• You can always make it easier. Easier things are more fun, we do more things because they are fun, we make all the monies. Brilliantly simple
• Being surrounded by the right team is priceless. Obvious but SO true. I know how it feels to have a team who are not there for you. No bueno.
• Pay attention, you do have people. I spend my days in a room with 2 dogs, this was well out of my comfort zone. But being with the "right" people made it easy to make connections
• Bring your past into your present. My previous corporate job did not end well and so any mention of events or any part of the old way sent me running for the hills. But guess what, it didn't have to be that way! I removed that block and things couldn't have gone better.
• I am the playlist queen. FACT. If you'd like to check it out I'll drop the link below.
• You ARE making a difference. We all feel the same disappointment when we have low engagement on our posts or launch to crickets BUT you never know who is watching and taking it in.
• Putting your intentions out there is powerful. Before I left for Elevate live I posted that I had a one to one spot available. I had 3 people approach me. So you tell me, does that sound like a coincidence? I think not.
