Your Brow Chakra is the energy center for your intellect and psychic awareness. Join me as I speak to the balance and imbalance of this dynamic chakra center.

Some people like to call it your Third Eye, but that phrase creeps me out. I much prefer Brow Chakra. Highlighted here in this center are your ClairVoyance and your ClairOlfaction, but it really processes and interprets every aspect of your psychic awareness.

I will address the illnesses associated with it, including psychic headaches. And I will give you ways to help balance this area of your being. This is especially important because the Brow Chakra has us considering the importance of nurturing our own Mental Health.

The color associated with the Brow Chakra is Indigo and the Note is A or E.

Many find that gems and crystals radiate a frequency of energy that is associated with healing properties. The gems and crystals that I like to use with the Brow Chakra are Apatite and Alexandrite. These work to clear brain fog, and enhance concentration, learning, and self-control. They help activate psychic/soul awareness and help facilitate meditation efforts. Alexandrite is also great to balance emotions and bring about a peace of mind, and is my go-to gem for those working on recovery from addictions.

The hand mudra I use is Shuni Mudra. The Yoga Asana I recommend is Balasana: Child's Pose.
