On today’s episode of the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, we are talking about detaching from your clients results.  Why is this so important for you and your business?

 

Here is the thing, as a coach and as a woman, we inherently want to take care of and nurture our clients.  We want to mother them.  We take on a lot of their fears, insecurities, failures as our own, and we just can’t do that.

 

We aren’t their moms.  They need to do the work.  Your clients need to be responsible for their own future and their own business.  And sometimes when clients can’t do that, they blame you, but that does not mean that you are a bad coach and that you aren’t creating transformation for so many others.
