Your Crown Chakra is your Energetic Gateway to Mystical Experiences and SuperConsciousness. This very important chakra is the doorway of your connection to spirit realm and the Divine. Inspiration and intuition -also known as ClairCognizance - flow into this center of your being.

Your Crown chakra is located at the top of your head. It is the only one of the original 7 body chakras that does not extend from the front and the back of your body but extends straight up to the heavens. The more recently recognized, Earth Chakra extends out both soles of your feet. Between the two, you can work to anchor your essence to both heaven and earth. This is especially useful since you are spiritual and physical.

Violet is the color associated with it, B is the Note (I have also used F), and I use Amethyst, Diamond, and Clear Quartz Crystals when working to bring balance to the Crown Chakra.

The Hand Mudra I use is Dhyana Mudra with Triangle. And if you have your doctor's approval, the Yoga Asana I suggest is Sirsasana: Headstand or Kneeling Headstand. If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you can see a variation that combines Kneeling Sirsasana with Uttarabodhi Mudra - the Mudra of Highest Enlightenment.

This is the energy center and point in the brain where Psychotic Breaks and/or Spiritual Awakenings can occur.

Among other things, discounting your spiritual experiences can disrupt the health of this energy center.
