Our guest today is Dustin Potash of Shelter to Soldier, an organization that rescues dogs from animal shelters and trains them to become service dogs for military personnel suffering from PTSD and other issues.

This amazing program helps save two lives, first the dog from being euthanized and the second life saved is the soldier, many of whom have been contemplating suicide.

During the show, Howard shared several techniques and a couple of exercises that demonstrated that his techniques work.

Howard pioneered a technique that enabled him to read over 25,000 words a minute and write over 100 words per minute.

Fear is a silent killer. It can paralyze us and keep up from taking the necessary step to transform our lives and positively our path trajectory. We must be willing to confront our fears so we can conquer and overcome them.
