With summer in full swing and the 4th coming up Dr. Galati starts the program talking about taking this time to really think about your overall health. He has a couple artilces he has posted up his facebook page. The first is on daily mutivitamins and how supplements are of no value. The other is on three simple tests to figure out what kind of overall health you are in. Dr. Galati spends time going into depth on those steps in the final segment.

He talks about his love for photography and more about the trip. Dr. Galati also explains how we all can prevent colon cancer. He goes on to chat about a clip he received from his dietician about The Better Bagel.
