Your Heart Chakra is your Center of LOVE. It is your ability to give and receive LOVE. It is the center of your connection to all that is. It is your connection to your Truth. Resting in this space can be healing. Radiating Love and Joy from it, profound!

Your Heart Chakra is in the middle of your chest in a line running parallel to your heart. The Color Frequency of the Heart Chakra is green and also a secondary color of a higher frequency is Pink.

The musical note associated with it is F, and I've used C.

Healing stones and crystals that I like to use when working with the energy of the Heart Chakra are Emerald, Pink Quartz, and Peridot.

The Hand Mudra that I like to use in my meditation time is Padma Mudra. The Yoga Asana to open this Chakra is Matsyansana, otherwise known as Fish Pose.
