Your Inner Light Alchemy Podcast

Litha, also known as Midsummer or the Summer Solstice, is one of the eight Sabbats in the Wheel of the Year. Celebrated around 21st June in the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the longest day and shortest night—when the sun is at its highest and nature is at full bloom.

This is a time of peak energy, fire, fertility, light, expansion, celebration... and a powerful turning point. 

In this podcast I share information about Litha and also some beautiful actions I personally do every Summer Solstice.

One piece of advice is not to get caught up in the social hustle (eg climbing hills/ mountains at the crack of dawn if this isn't your thing).

We're in for a powerful week this week, especially with the Summer Solstice on Friday! 

Here is this week's podcast and summary (just 9 minutes)

This week, I’m focusing on the upcoming Summer Solstice on Friday, June 21st. It’s a beautiful, sunny day here in the UK, and I’m feeling the energy building.

 I’m using the Seasons of the Witch Litha Edition deck to help me tap into the energy of the season. 

The first card I pulled reminds me to lean into the art of receiving. It’s easy to feel like we’re behind mid-year, but the truth is, we’re exactly where we need to be. Being present and grateful for where I am will attract more abundance.

The next card, “Rot and Decay,” is about acknowledging the shadows—those things I haven’t achieved or what’s weighing me down. Once I acknowledge them, I can clear and release them. I can do this through energy editing or simply by writing them down and letting them go. It’s all about doing things differently and moving forward.

Then, I pulled the “Horse” card, which calls me to embrace freedom. It’s about allowing myself to do things differently, whether it’s by decluttering, journaling, or prioritising my own well-being. What freedom looks like for me is up to me, and I’m being asked to step into that.

Finally, the “Peonies” card is all about reaping rewards and allowing myself to experience joy. Just like the peony flower that opens up, I’m being reminded to let myself expand and receive the good that’s already on its way.

- perspective - what can you do to shift your view of the world, how you react/act or are emotionally? Small shifts can make massive change over time. 
- dominance - where can you relinquish control and allow yourself and others to empower themselves
- memory - the message of gratitude came through with this card. Gratitude is a great tool to shift your energy and be magnetic to your desires
- luck - again gratitude, gratitude, gratitude 🙏 
- isolation - we need alone time to recharge and this includes NOT being on phone to fill the space. Sit in your own silence. Allow the quiet to recharge you. There is too much noise in the world!

Hello and welcome to my first podcast for the Inner Light podcast with me, Romella. I'm excited to get started and share some of the things that I use on a daily basis to support my own energy and those around me. So who am I? I'm an energy alchemist, best selling author, soul mentor, and owner of your Inner Light alchemy.

 The key focus pillars  of this podcast will be.  

1 Self mastery, so working with self love, self worth, self care, self connection, the inner side that ripples out to everything that we do.

2  Emotions, energy in motions, looking at the power of emotions, journaling, manifesting, and how to edit these emotions and create different patterns. 

3  Working with crystals and other tools, such as oils, colours, journalings and meditations. And again, how these can support the self. 

4 Calling upon the Angelics, our guardians, archangels, angels, connections, support, who are here to bring support to us and that we can lean into.

5 the Akashic Records. It's my favourite place to heal because everything we have ever done, experienced, and the future possibilities is stored there. So it is just the perfect  place to do any energy clearing work and activations. 

And I'll be sharing some stories around my healing and also those that I work with.
