  • We become addicted to Suffering yet as we dig deep and heal wounds we are able to Surrender: Robin Clare, author, writing and life coach shares her Journey into grace

Robin Clare joins me today and shares her story of bulimia, suffering and humiliation.

Now in recovery, Robin is living her Soul Mission as a speaker and life/writing coach. As an author , she documented her extraordinary spiritual journey in the acclaimed Messiah within  folloed by The Divine Keys, and now Feast & Famine Healing Addiction with Grace.

She shares the healing modality with 4 key concepts from her book Feast & Famine.

When you are free from suffering, you will gratefully do what your Soul wants to accomplish in this lifetime. You will be able to serve yourself and others by doing what you love… your Soul Mission.

Robin shares that writing a book is the ultimate way to express pain, and heal from your history. Because sometimes traditional talk therapy and spiritual counseling is just not enough. The writing process involves expressing your courageous story and sharing your healing process. Robin loves to coach other to write their own book to share their story.

We need to dig deep into our past to heal wounds . If we don't, this can block you from the success of recovery.

This was a great conversation and I was honored to be part of this.

  • Wellness Wednesday: How straightening my teeth helped me learn about my eating habits

On Wellness Wednesday today I come to you with thoughts on what i've learned since I started wearing aligners to straighten my teeth. It was unexpected and I think you might find it interesting  yourself.

Awareness is key . Awareness is the state of being conscious of something. More specifically, is the ability to directly know and perceive, to feel, or to be cognizant of events.

I know you will find value here and also get some ideas for snacks.

The Protein ball recipe that I share is simple and so good.

1 cup protein : Life shake from Shaklee is my favorite

    1 cup natural peanut butter

    1/2 cup honey.

Mix together and form into balls.

The Recipe can also be found on my website here.

  • Wellness Wednesday: Me+ology and the Shaklee difference: How personalized wellness can help you reach your wellness goals

You are unique and your needs are unique. And am I. That's why our supplement plans should also be unique to us. Shaklee launched a brand new technology last month called Me+ology that is revolutionizing the supplement world.

This is how it works. You share about yourself with Shaklee. During a quick assessment, we ask you about your health goals, diet, and exercise to get a clear picture of who you are and what your body needs. Shaklee then will  analyze your responses to create a personalized supplement plan built uniquely for you.

Then your personalized supplements arrive at your door each month in convenient, daily-dose packs. So, all you need to do is grab one and get on with your day.

Here is the link to try your own Me+ology assessment .

I also share with you today about the Shaklee difference and the Landmark Study. You can read more about it here.

There are so many supplement brands out there in a very unregulated industry . Shaklee is beyond organic and you will learn why in this episode .

For more than 20 years I have trusted this brand and recommend you take a look yourself. You too can discover what is possible for you and your health .

  • Living in survival mode lead to her eating disorder: Ashley Lionberg shares about her traumatic life, being to hell and back and yet is so beautiful into recovery.

The Traumatic life that Ashley lived in lead her to a pretty messy life filled with disordered eating along with depression and anxiety. This interview was real sharing from Ashley and I know you will find it inspiring and sad and shows again how insidious this disorder is.

Ashleys story is difficult and has many layers. She lived in a survival mode and lived what she knew. And she wants to break the cycle now as she knows better and she wants to do better.

She is so authentic and real and I am so grateful for her sharing all of this and how the light switch turned on to move her into recovery.

  • Ruth Day:Shares about the masks she wore and how she showed up for many year before she sought sobriety. And We talk a lot of yoga

My friend Ruth Day sits down , with Picasso her bird on her shoulder to share about her story of addiction . Many time she walked in to a room wondering which mask to where. And the idea that she might have a drinking problem and might repeat some of her generational patterns was not what she expected.

As the lotus flower is.....having to get through the muck and mud to bloom....Ruth has been through her fair share of the muck and mud.

Ruth is a dear friend who can go deep about all the things and one of them is yoga today. She has taught me so much about what coming to the mat is all about and how it can truly be a healing place. Settle in . We have a nice chat
