The unexpected series of events that began more than 10 years ago that turned Brooke’s life upside down - that started with a car accident.
Her journey of having through a life-threatening injury, being bed ridden for a long period of time. She has been through several specialists and has undergone 6 series of Neck surgeries before she was diagnosed with “VAGUS Nerve” - main nerve that connects every system in the body.
Her experience of having a suicidal depression - not having support from her close friends and families as well as being bankrupt due to her expensive medication.
How she was able to recover from the illness. Having a mantra to “ Babble On - Keep Going “.

“Mindset is the greatest gift”- when you're intentional and choose to be positive with it, it infiltrates every area of your life.

“ Focus on what you can do and what you can’t.”
“ Focus on what you do have and not what you don’t.”
“ Start from the most basic things that you take for granted each and every day.”
“ Gratitude. Remember always that when you wake up breathing, it’s a good Day!”
How to keep yourself from backsliding.
