Our trauma can be the medicine to help us heal.
I sat down with author, healer and speaker Sarah Salter Kelly and we talked trauma. We discussed the past trauma of her mother's homicide and her healing journey that got her to be the impactful guide today. Throughout this chat, we hit points that target intuition and intention behind movement, decisions and the connection between our body and our healing. Sarah gives us suggestions on how to take steps to recover from trauma and, most importantly, acknowledging the emotions that come with it and the medicine that the trauma can provide.
Our trauma can be the medicine to help us heal.
