Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place".  Tonight you have a great treat as Lyrical Lively, AKA Blog Talk Mom, AKA, Sis Bobbie Lively brings us an intro into Psalms 119.  We will probably have her for several weeks going over the different sections and what they tell us.  As always we welcome your comments or questions at the end of each show. Tonight we are bringing you a musical show in honor of blog talk mom. How many of you look at the life of King David and wonder how he could have been a man after God's own heart. For we should all want that to be said of us if we profess to be a Christian who is walking in the way of the apostles. Many of the apostles walked, talked, and saw Jesus while here in earth. Bill preached a sermon this last weekend on why people do not see many of the things spoken of in the bible happening in their walk with God. In my sermon unbelief was one area that we had to look at. Nobody wants to claim unbelief but our actions show a lack of faith on our part even if we do not want to accept accountability. We can say the right things but do we really believe what we say. The key to my thought that God laid on my heart was that we can follow preachers, and people we look up to in the church. We can go through all of the motions of living for God and know all of the right scriptures. We can even obey what we have been taught. But, do we really know Jesus? Without really knowing Jesus, how can we have faith in his word? We are bringing you Psalm 119 in song. This is a great way to memorize this important Psalm that is divided into 22 sections based on a Jewish letter. We cannot read Hebrew and so we may spell these for you. The key to remember was the law was established to bring us to a place pleasing to God by rule of law. But through love and grace we have the power of the Holy Ghost to lead us to these things that are still pleasing to God from the opposite direction. The key is that we should end up in the same place in how we live! We love you blog talk mom! Each section will start with the sound of thunder or a pause. One letter actually has subsections to it to be accurate for those that are knowledgeable on these scriptures. We encourage you to take your bible and read along to this musical representation of Psalm 119.

Welcome to part 9 of our bible study on the book of Revelation.  We hope that you have enjoyed this study as much as we have.  There are so many so called experts on the topic of end time.  This teacher leaves it open for you to learn for yourself what is to be expected during the end of time.  As always we open up the microphones for you to leave a comment or ask a question at the end of the show. We live in a time where we do not want to place people in a position of accountability. In criminals, we see how the race card is played when a officer shoots someone who is in the act of criminal activity and refuse to comply with the police officer trying to do the job. Parents blame the police when their child is killed when trying to get away from the police in a car that wrecks.  The officer has no clue why they are running or who is in the car.  Nobody makes anybody do the crimes they are arrested for.  Is it societies fault that in some places the life of crime is more lucrative then working for a living?  Why make it the police officers fault?  In most locations they live in what we call the poverty level! They are outgunned, and for sure the public loves to sit in the comfort of their home and judge their actions while being safe!  I got an idea! Lets pray for our police officers this week and put some legs on those prayers.  Why not buy them lunch for doing the job! In case you have not been keeping up with the study on Revelations.  God is going to make each person accountable for their own actions.  Not the actions of others! Smart people would seek to have a positive personal relationship with Jesus before this all happens.  I know this is not very politically correct, but this is the only judgment where race, money, power, position, and title will carry no weight! Personal accountability of every word and action will be what you will be judged by!

Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place". I thank GOD that we live in America!  Through all the differences of voices that shout out with their opinion of what is right and wrong.  This is by far still the best country to live in on this planet!  Yesterday was the aniversary of 9/11.  We ask that you remember to take time to pray for the families that lost loved ones on that horrible morning.  In that in crisis we saw some of the best and worst of people.  We have wittnessed the same from people during the two storms that crashed into our our country. It does my heart good to see how people came from all over to help people they did not even know by bringing boats, supplies, and a strong sholder to help rescue people and what belongings that could be rescued!  It is also such a relief to see that our state and federal govement can get their act together during a time of crisis.  It makes me proud to see our leaders not only voice concern, but show concern.  They displayed the ability to deal with all of this crisis with a calm determined plan of action that can give us cnfidence in our leadership that we did not have not that long ago.  We are still not over what we saw and heard during this same type of event that hit New Orleans.  There was so much loss of life that could have ben avoided if we had the same planned response that we have now.  You may not like our elected officials, but give credit where credit is due folks.  Please remember to pray for our leaders as they work hard to bring people back to their homes and help rebuild what has been destroyed.  Tonight we are bringing you part 6 of our study on the book of Revelation.   We missed last week due to our daughter having a medical procedure.  Thank all of you that shared you were praying for her.  We ask that you please continue to pray for her to have a quick recovery!

Welcome to another segment from our Bible study on the book of Revelation. We pray that you share this bible study with all of your friends who have found it hard to study and understand the book of Revelation.  We pray that this has been as eye opening to you as it has been for us.  In this lesson you will hear the opening of the seals of things to come! That seems to be a question of the ages as many people say that the signs of the times say that we are living in last days  As always we look forward to hearing your comments or questions on the topic tonight.

I hope that the songs that started this show tonight is your hearts cry to JESUS! Welcome back to the next installment of the book of Revelation.  As I am putting this show together just a few hours before the eclipse.  I am struck by all of the things that people have mentioned that could happen during this time.  Possible judgment from God against the United States, Jesus coming for HIS bride, and/or a time shift in the relationship between man and GOD!  It all reminds me of the space program.  Watching on televisions as men were being launched into space was a big deal at first! By only Apolo 13, television was not really interested in giving time to the coverage of this event anymore.   Think about it! Only the 13th maned launch of a rocket into space had caused us to loose interest to the level that television was not going to air as much of the event as they had the year before.  Why, because people were already not watching by the 12th launch and this was noted by the powers in charge of network television coverage.  We have heard of signs of the times before.  How much spiritual thought did you put into this event?  Each of us has to work this out in our own mind!  But I say, do not lie to yourself when you say you have a burden for lost family, and friends if you did not take time for extra prayer time for those people during this time.  By now you know some of the answers to this question.  But did you really know before what was going to happen?  We are told that no man knows the day or the hour of HIS coming back!  But HE is going to come and do we treat each day as if today could be that day?  I think most of us think it could happen tomorrow, and tomorrow is alwasy future and not really a thought of reality!  Tonight we move into Revelation on things to come.  I pray that you you seek to hear from GOD as you continue in this study!

Welcome back to another show at, "Your Place"!  I hope you are inviting your friends to check out this study on the Book of Revelation from the Bible.  We have not heard anything like this teacher before! He is like a breath of fresh air! With all of the talk about the upcoming Eclipse.  There is a lot of people pointing out possible judgment to come against the United States from God for the the changes of the last few years that have led to marriage of the same sex, and abortion to name just two things that go against the Bible.  Like the sign tells us, he came as the lamb and is coming as the Lion of the tribe of Judah when HE comes back for his bride!
