Thanks for all of you that take time to listen to this program each week.  We know that with your family, church, and social activities that your time is valuable to you. Tonight we continue with your bible study on the book of Romans.  At the end of this lesson we always open up the mocriphones so that you can ask questions or make a statement on the topic discussed.  This teacher takes you way outside of the box then what most of us think as we pick and choose scriptures from the bible to make a point.

We want to thank all of you that listen to this show.  We are not being listened to in 8 countries! Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place"! We had such a positive response to our bible study on the book of Acts from a different view point!  So we feel that we should follow up on this with the same type of study on the book of Romans.  I would like to say that my heart is a little burdened by some of the response we got from people regarding our Easter show.  If you missed that I invite you to check it out from our archives.  You can even download this to any smart device for free! Many people said they had never heard some of the things shared on our show regarding pagen holidays incorporated into what we establish as christian holidays.  Some of these were pastors! But with a burdened heart they went ahead with tradition in their church. Others were reminded of what they had already been taught and rejoiced that the truth of these days were presented and they did not show honor to these days in their church at all! They had no traidition but also there seemed like there was no love there either.  It was more about others being wrong and they being right! We did get some response from people that are going to rethink how they look at the pagan holidays being brought into the church. But they also said they wanted to keep the good traidions and throw out the ones that were clearly wrong.  This country is so blessed and many of these holidays provide us with days off of work from our jobs.  Do we refuse to take these days off? I say you work out your own salvation with fear and trembling as the bible tells us to do. This is not a think thing but a heart thing! The question is where is our heart?  I think staying the course in the word as we follow the new testiment church is a good place to start! Prayer is a good idea always.  Like the song. Hello everybody and welcome to the show.  We know that many of you are planning big Easter Egg Hunts.  Many people only go to church on what is considered one of the church holy days.  We want to ask you if you know where the celebration of Easter really comes from.  Do you ever look in your Bible to see what God had to say about setting up days above another? Many people just follow traditions and what they are told without any real knowledge of what their following the crowd really represents.  We have brought you this information before but I pray that as you listen that you take time to pray over what you are hearing. Ask God if HE is pleased with your family practice when it comes to the Easter Holiday.  Remember the bible tells us that when we know to do what is right and we do it anyway.  It is sin.  And no sin will enter into heaven!  You nay way that this is strong words and we shoudl not go there! Yes, they are strong words but they are not from the people who put this show together.  As Lyrical Lively sings.  What does the word say!  That should always be your source for mapping out your walk with God! For now we hope that you take this information to heart!

The last two weeks we have shared with you at the start of our show some newly released songs by our own Blog Talk Mom, AKA Rapping Granny, AKA Lyrical Lively, AKA Sis Bobbie Lively. The name of the new album is, "It's a Miracle".  This young 77 year old artist released this album this year.  At the age of 74 She released a album that went viral on the internet and was heard in 7 countries two years later.  To show just how far this is outside of her box to do gospel rap we started the show with a song from a prior recording.  Tonight we are going to hear about how she came up with her producer to these albums and how he took this Pentecostal Preacher/Teacher and helped create rapping granny.  We will hear how her heart of outreach started this process that was far outside of the box of anything she had ever done before.  She will tell you how each new song was written and a little about the process.  She will share the message that she prays each song brings to the people who listen.  You can hear all of these songs off of You Tube, and I think the songs can be purchased from CD Baby, and Itunes. Hopefully she can get her producer and partner on this album to be on the show but we understand he has a very busy schedule supporting his family, and working for God in his church. Tonight we are going to follow with the same type of show we did last week on women in the bible through a devotional series.  This week you are going to hear about Hagar, and Lots Wife! Thanks to all of you that told us what you thought of last weeks show. We had a lot of comments about our last caller.  This show is one where we want to hear from everyone and anyone as long as they remember to keep their language clean due to this being a family show.  There was a couple of things I wanted to share here for our regular listeners. The caller did not listen to the show as he did not call in until the very end. So his agenda was never to talk about the topic of the show.  He first started asking what our basis was for thinking we were right to other christian religions. Bill tried to use scripture to respond.  Then the caller expanded this to other then Christian religions.  It was at that point that we realized the question was more about faith that the Bible is the inspired word of GOD!  We have a show in our archives that shares how we feel the King James version of the Bible is the best to use.  There is a lot of info in that show including about the changes that was made to the King James version, but unlike people try say these changes did not change the meaning from one version to the other.  Our caller was very intelligent but even though the name of Jesus was not given in the old testiment.  There is several scriptures in the old Testiment that Jesus and only Jesus fullfilled!  I hope our caller calls in again but wish that he would speak to the topic of discussion of the show. We would welcome him to come and do a show for us on his topic of world religions and how you decide which is correct?  But we ask that he allow people to post questions and comments at the end of the show like we do for everybody else.  People of faith should not be afraid to be tested on their faith. Tonight we have a show on Eve from a women's devotional program.  Our shows have been getting longer and longer but this show is shorter to give more time for discussion.

When we started this show it was intended to get people to expand their thinking from a Bible based perspective.  We have seen over the years how so many people of faith are so busy that they repeat what they get from their favorite radio shows that filter facts into sound bites.  People of faith were repeating these sound bites as fact and in many cases the information they were repeating was a bald face lie! This habit has made it so easy for people that takes the time to get all of the facts to judge people of faith as dangerous, and ignorant.  A partial truth is just as bad as a partial lie!  We open up this show for sermons, bible studies, and church news on any topic that people want to share.  We only ask that they make themselves available for questions or comments at the end of the show.  Wild Bill, in praying for this show listens to a lot of messages that people post to the www.  We have brought you many topics from a lot of different sources.  We invite you to check out the archives and download for free to any smart device our past shows.  This preacher speaks plain in a way that we hope speaks to our audiance as much as it has spoken to us.  Satan will use a broken marriage to attack you and try to bring you down.  We feel that this sermon will be a help to those that are dating, thinking of getting married, those that are married, and even for those that have had a broken marriage.  As always we want to hear your comments at the end of the show.  All you have to do is push the number 1 and we will identify you by the last four digists of your phone number when placed on the air.
