Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place"! Thank you so much for the feedback you have given us on how much you have enjoyed this study on the book of Acts.  We are getting close to the end of this discussion and pray that this has opened your eyes to looking at the Bible in a new way as you study.  For sure the new testiment plan for God;s church was laid out for all to hear and see example of in this book.  As always you are welcome to ask questions or make a comment at the end of this show.  All you have to do is push the number 1 on your phone and you will be placed on the air.  At the end of this study, we have a fantastic sermon on the marrage relationship that I know will speak to everybody no matter if you are single, married, widowed, and even divorced.  But we are not finished with this study, but wanted to give you notice of what to expect next! Welcome to, "Your-Place". Wild Bill hates to admit it but he has gained a lot of, "outside of the box learning" from this bible lesson.  I am sure that all of you have done the same. We want to thank all of you that have commented and have taken the time to listen to our show each week. The song that started our show is from our dear friend,"Ryan Larkins". This is one of his original songs, "Good News Train".  It must be wonderful to have a gift to be able to sit down and write a song like this. Then to be able to pick up a git fiddle and sing it in his home and it sound like this.  We copied this from his Face Book page. So you can imagine what kind of quality it would have in a recording studio.  We have been blessed to be able to share songs from our friends and family on this show. You are welcome to send us your songs from your church choir, worship group, or even your own work.  We will add these songs to out shows that we air each week.  We want to invite all of you to listen to all of the study we have been bringing you on the book of Acts if this is your first listen.  In this book is the plan of how to get on the, "Good News Train"! It is so clear that no plan came after this and there are 12 examples if memory serves us right of this plan of salvation in action. As always we open up the show at the end so that you can share your own comments or ask questions. This study is winding down as we are already at lesson 14. Last week, we had a set up problem with the show due to not setting it up for the extended time that we run over.  I am glad to report that the show recorded the entire lesson for each of you to listen to from our archives.  The only problem was for people that was knocked off the show like Wild Bill, and they could not call back into the show.  He gets a little wordy sometimes so maybe this was a God thing! It does our heart good to get your feedback regarding how you are listening to these shows from all over the world.  If the hours are where you listen live, you can call into the show using skype.  We would love to hear your comments or questions on the show.  Blogtalk Mom, AKA Lyrical Lively, AKA rapping granny will be giving us details on her new album very soon. Welcome to another show here at, "Your-Place".  We will continue on our sudy on the book of acts and I want to point out that this teacher has a lot of repitition that may cause you to think you have heard this section before. This teacher's life style illustrations may offend many but he has some great insights that makes things more clear!     With that said, Bill must say something regarding what is going on with the protest around the country and the use of social media to attack these people by people of faith. For sure as my pastor states many people are S.O.S., Stuck on stupid! These people who are protesting are easier for me to understand then many of the comments people of faith are posting.  The protestors are being pro-active to share their fears and openly protest about what the president has claimed he is going to do.  For people of faith this should make you want to shout for joy!   For years I have heard many of you shout support for people who only gave you lip service! With all of the protest you should be excited that for once it appears actions are going to take place to put things back to what the people of faith claim to stand for.  So why are you pouring gas on the fire by insulting the protestors with catty remarks on social media? Instead as people of faith why are we not taking this time for pray for President Trump and allow God to do more then you could ever do with your insults and remarks. If your faith is lacking and you just have to touch this on your own...Send letters to the policitcal leaders of your state letting them know you are watching them and expect their support of the president! In other words be proactive yourself in a positive way instead of keeping the protestors message going by attacking it!  Ok, I am off of my soap box and we will return to our study of the book of Acts!  Comment at the end of this show

I got your feedback regarding you wanted us to finish our Study on the book of ACTs before going on to something else.  You asked for it and you got it.  This is part 10 on the bible study we have been able to bring you the last several weeks.  As you have asked we will continue until finished, God willing.  We have learned when we set up long term plans that God has a way of letting our computers mess up, the blog talk system have issues, and yes, sometimes we suffer from human error! But everything working except we are not hearing your voice after the show.  Remember that we open up the microphones to hear your comments or questions.  All you have to do is push the number one on your phone and we will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number.

Thanks for all of the comments both positive and negitive regarding this teaching on the book of Acts.  This is not a preacher, or what you would expect to hear in your local Sunday school class. This is a scholor that has spent a lot of time in the area of which is written of and works to bring the writing down so that anybody can get a clear picture of what was happening.  Of course this is always based on his thoughts and as all things can be opened to someone else putting things into a different view point.  The main key is that this guy paints a very clear picture of events that would fit into things in todays world.  Again this is based on his painting the scriptures for what seems like a young adult class room setting.  This audiance may live a lifestyle with personal life choices that we do not have to agree with but we can still get the clear picture. As always we look forward to your thoughts on this topic and for sure you are welcome to bring up more of the spritual applications that are left out for the most part in these teachings.  But since we have over 5000 Christian denominations in this country with almost 1000 of them being Apostolic. Welcome back to another show on the book of Acts.  We hope that you enjoyed the break the last two weeks. The first week, we heard from Blog Talk Mom, and last week we gave you a break from the show to spend time preparing for the family holiday of Christmas and New Years.  This week we are coming up on a more important holiday in our Bible teachings.  Do you know what that holiday is? Yes, it is the birthday of Blog Talk Mom on January 3rd.  You may be asking what does the bible say about her birthday?  Well, the first scripture with promise in the Bible is to give honor to your mother and father! So in mentioning the birthday of our mom is just one way to give honor!  The last two weeks we have wittnessed how people have pointed out that the teacher of this series has things he shares of his personal life that goes against their personal convictions.  First, I am so glad that some of you have personal convictions.  Just please remember that a key word is personal convictions.  With that being said, I also pray that you can learn from these teachings instead of getting hung up on how much better you are in your walk with God then the teaching we have been sharing with you.  To point out anything you find as error of his teachings according to your thoughts on the topic would be much appreciated.  But to put yourself on a pedistal and put this teacher down for being less then you Wild Bill finds boring, He also askes you how do you think Jesus finds your thoughts on that subject too?  There is about 8 more lessons that we will bring you on the topic of the book of acts from this scholor.  Note we do not call him a preacher, or advertise him as someone to follow for how to live your life.  Take this teaching as new information that you may not have had before in looking at these scriptures in the time they were written.

We want to thank all of you for your comments on the book of ACTS.  The person speaking is not a preacher but a historical educator on the Bible. Some of his jokes and comments about his social life had many people wondering about our speaker.  The fact is that we allow people to speak on this show that we do not agree with.  Just like with this speaker you have been listening to on the book of Acts.  I have a broader picture of what was going on now then I have ever had before. Wild Bill has a vivid imagination and walks outside of the box of what is normal most of the time.  So for him to share he has a more clear visision on the book of Actgs is saying a lot!  Tonight due to ice and problems with the internet, we reached out to Sis Bobbie Lively to share in more detail what she has been in study from the book of Psalms.  She may even have a couple of guest to be with her tonight.  You can never guess how hard it is to speak into a telephone when it is connected to a blog talk radio show going all over the world.  A lot of preachers I know are afraid to really open up on our show.  The first year for us was almost a heart attack every time the little lady's voice said, Blog Talk Radio!  So we understand!
