It's not WHAT YOU DO, but WHO YOU ARE.
As I am embarking on publishing a new podcast episode every day for 30 days, I am being quickly reminded, about the power of story. The power of telling YOUR ORIGIN STORY. And as an entrepreneur, this is SO crucial! People do business with PEOPLE, not products. It's an emotional connection when you do a podcast, and it's so important to share WHO YOU ARE, not just WHAT YOU DO.

The Imposter Syndrome. What happens when fears, insecurities and doubts show up as in internal voice discouraging you from moving forward. As an entrepreneur, or simply just being a human being, we are all familiar with this "imposter". Well, it didn't take long for the imposter to show up for my 30 day podcast challenge.
thanks for listening! (and sharing with a friend!)
In order to create a truly compelling podcast, it's important to TELL YOUR ORIGIN STORY! As a listener...I want to KNOW YOU. I don't just want to know what you do...I want to know who you are. So, for DAY TWO of my 30 Day Podcast Challenge, I am sharing with you, my origin story. What started as 12 year old kid's desire to be a radio DJ, turned into understanding the power of spoken word that shaped my entire career.
This is DAY ONE of my quest to publish a brand new podcast episode for 30 days. I'm doing this as an experiment to see how publishing DAILY transforms me and my business as I FIND MY VOICE! But...if I am really going to podcast every day, I am going to have to unlearn a few things to make sure I hit this goal every day.

This is episode #34 of Your Podcast Coach. And this is the episode that will transform me, and my podcast. In this episode, I share with the MULTIPLE EPIPHANIES I had over the past week and how I am going to "find my voice" by publishing a new podcast episode every day over the next 30 days. This starts my own podcast experiment to witness how publishing every day, for at least a month, helps me get closer to finding my voice. :)
I'd love to hear from you on this journey - you can email me at [email protected]. Thanks!!!
After taking a month off from my podcast, I come back with this question in my mind, "With my podcast, how might I best serve you? I've been asking questions and digging deeper...so that I may give you EXACTLY the guidance you need. Thanks for sending your questions to [email protected]!
All the best!
I believe that one of the most important things you can do with your podcast is stay consistent. Tell your listeners when you will be releasing new episodes and stick to it. As the case with many business owners, CEO's (or just busy people), interruptions will occur. Here's the best way to handle these inevitable breaks.
When the conversation of the right equipment comes up for your podcast studio, I always recommend the same, tried and true, professional quality equipment. While these pieces will make you sound like a pro...they are also completely portable! And that can make recording your podcast so much more fun!
