Yes, publish your podcast episodes. Whether you do it every day, or weekly, or with seasons. Publish consistently! But look at other ways to "publish" your message... social, blogs, videos. Get your story OUT THERE! Publish, publish, publish!!!

One of the biggest killers of great ideas, momentum and progress is the NEED FOR PERFECTION. Stop it. Get out of this mindset. I realize after 30 days of publishing every day, that some of these days, were not my best! And that is perfectly ok! 

It is more important to PUBLISH, then wait for perfection. I like to say that "perfection lives in life's imperfections". And for your podcast, don't wait for perfection...just PUBLISH YOUR PODCAST!!!

One of my biggest takeaways from publishing a new episode every day for 30 days is the POWER of telling stories. Telling YOUR stories! And making the telling of your stories part of the foundation of your podcast.

For all the years I have been podcasting, this was the first time I divulged some of my earliest stories. But, as I share with you, I do this in the hopes that you know me better.
