Your Sacral Chakra is a storehouse of information pertaining to your connection to relationship, sexuality, creativity, and new beginnings.  

Your Sacral Chakra is located about two inches below your navel. It resonates with Aquamarine, Fire Agate, Carnelian, and Moss Agate to name a few helpful, healing crystals and stones.  Holding the note of D will assist in vibrational healing. I've also used A.
