There’s no need to start the year hitting the ground running or to plan out your whole year today or next week. Listen to what you need 💕 This is a great time to focus on reflecting what is/isn’t working, replenishing your mind, body and soul, tending to your mental health, and sitting with your vision and the seeds you want to plant.
