Another great South Africa story.

In this episode, we had the privilege of interviewing the dynamic, high energy, multi faceted trailblazer, Rita Chen.

Rita shares her phenomenal  journey of transition and overcoming challenges; born in Taiwan, living in South Africa, working in China  and back  to South Africa. Transitioning from Law to now setting up a regional head quarter for a global firm, working on creating positive shifts to South Africa's energy crisis through a focus in  the male dominated  renewable energy industry.

Her role as a  dedicated mother, a volunteer wanting to help where she can, to finding time for herself`, Rita's interview  is filled with practical insights on how she is able  to successfully strike this balance.

What comes through clearly is that Rita lives  her life in alignment with her soul and authentic self, standing firm on what she believes in and blocking out the external noise.

An inspiration who lives up to her goodbye greeting to her son. "Mummy going to save the world!"

What an  inspiration from Canada. In this episode Ryan and Mark dive deep into leaving home, the importance of mental health awareness and the importance of listening both in personal and business situations.  It was amazing to see Mark personal journey from starting a few ventures, to conceiving the concept of The Negotiation Ninja. 

Through his journey of challenges and failures he has come out a stronger, more grounded individual who speaks openly and honestly about the ability to understand by simply listening and gathering information, something we don't do enough of in our personal and business lives.

Another great Canadian life story.  In this episode Ryan and Eduard chat about beginning life in Canada 12 years ago, the importance of support and the consistency in life to never give up on anything you put your mind to.

Our first story from Pakistan.  In this episode Ryan chats to Aisha about being a female pioneer, the impact we can have collectively and recognising the importance of support.  It was a honor to hear Aisha's story. She has to be praised for her relentless determination to create opportunity for the younger generation, and especially young women, so that collectively impact can happen to its fullest extent. 

She has had to overcome alot of challenges to break through barriers to pave a clearer way for the next generation, even if it comes at her own personal sacrifice, that is amazing.  A humble, selfless individual with a positive outlook on life, she is a living example of how communities should be developed. The pursuit of inclusion and leveling the playing field for Pakistan

In this episode Ryan and Mikhaeel discuss the challenges being a young CEO, the impact of self belief and how important a collective approach is for building a more effective, sustainable future.

What a great conversation Ryan had with Dr Nima Rahmany. In this episode we discussed finding who you are in life, the importance of emotional literacy and  the impact of trauma bonds.  It is so encouraging to see the path Dr Nima has walked, the compassion to help educate and heal people that are suffering from trauma bonds has to be admired.

The most inspiring aspect is that it is through personal experience and challenges Dr Nima has faced that has given him the insight into toxic shame, self understanding and the importance of a healthy connection with the body.
