In part one of this two-part series, I sit down with Emily Paul, who taught alongside me at Flex Appeal Dance Studio in Minneapolis. It was a women-only exotic dance and fitness space.
We talk about why pole dance, lap dance, and female-only environments helped so many women feel confident in their bodies, not because they changed how they looked, but because they were supported instead of judged.
This episode is about body confidence, self-trust, and why being around the right women can completely change how you see yourself.

You’re in the moment. Clothes are off. Energy is building. And then BAM the thought hits, “Does my stomach look fat right now?”
Sound familiar? You're not broken. You're conditioned. And that spiral of self-criticism? It's stealing your pleasure right when you deserve it most.
In this episode, we’re talking about the invisible mental script that pulls you out of your body, robs you of connection, and makes sex feel like a performance. You’ll hear real-life examples, empowering truths, and what to do when your inner critic shows up in bed.
If you're ready to feel sexy, powerful, and totally present during sex this is your next move.

I was practicing for my exotic dance workshop, listening to an old playlist, and suddenly thought, "Wow. So much of the music I grew up on is wildly misogynistic."
And yet, it shaped how I learned about sex, desire, and my role in it more than movies or porn ever did. From romantic, woman-centered lyrics like Hey Lover to songs that openly dismiss women’s pleasure, music taught a lot of us to perform, serve, and stay quiet about what we actually want.
In this episode, I unpack how misogyny in music subtly conditions women to prioritize men’s pleasure over their own, why so many of us learned to be “good at sex” without enjoying it, and how becoming conscious of what you consume can radically change how you experience your body, desire, and sexuality. This is about awareness, not shame. And reclaiming your pleasure on your terms.

So many women are carrying stories they’ve only ever told their therapist. If they’ve told anyone at all.
In this episode, I’m talking about why shame grows in secrecy, how silence quietly drains our power, and what happens when women finally share their truth with safe people who can hold it with compassion instead of judgment. This isn’t about oversharing. It’s about release, perspective, and getting your power back.

So many women are having sex they don’t actually enjoy. Performing, going through the motions, and wondering why something meant to feel delicious feels like a chore.
In this episode, I’m breaking down why this happens, how safety and desire get lost, and why this conversation has way less to do with your partner and way more to do with your relationship with yourself. This one is honest, grown, and long overdue.
If this episode made you feel seen, follow the show, rate it, review it, and share it with another woman. It really helps — and I want more women in this conversation. 💖

Sexual trauma doesn’t just live in memory. It lives in the body. In this episode, I’m joined by licensed marriage and family therapist Beth Dilla Nelson for a deeply honest conversation about how sexual trauma and sexual shame shape the way women experience their bodies, desire, intimacy, and relationships long after the original experience.
We talk about why so many strong, capable women carry this quietly for decades, how cultural and religious programming compounds shame, and what healing actually looks like when the goal isn’t fixing yourself. It's feeling safe, sovereign, and at home in your body again. This episode is compassionate, grounding, and necessary.

Ever noticed how uncomfortable women can get when someone notices them? Today I tell the story of a woman who walked up to me on a nude beach in Miami and asked, “Does attention bother you?”
The truth is, most women aren’t scared of being seen. They’re scared of disappointing someone, upsetting someone, or being judged for saying no. In this episode, we talk about why women struggle to hold attention, why other people’s reactions are not your responsibility, and how confidence grows when you stop managing everyone’s feelings and start owning your boundaries.
Listen in as I unpack how women can stop playing small, start accepting compliments without guilt, and take baby steps into visibility. Whether it’s posting online, writing a book, or receiving attention without collapsing.

If you’ve ever felt like love was happening for everyone but you, this episode is going to feel like hope cracking open inside your chest. I’m joined by the luminous Emily Blessington. She's a Calling in the One coach who went from attracting unavailable men to becoming magnetic to the healthy, reciprocal love she once thought was impossible.
We talk about her pattern of dating emotionally unavailable partners, the quiet ache of self-abandonment, and the moment everything changed. Emily shares how Katherine Woodward Thomas’s work helped her wake up to her own worth, call in deeper self-love, and transform her entire relationship to love itself. She is grounding, radiant, wise, and such a powerful reminder that love expands when you do.

If you struggle with saying no, over-giving, or feeling guilty for having limits, this episode is going to feel like a deep exhale. I’m joined by Love Coach Mariya Graestone, and we get into all things boundaries. The ones you need, the ones you’ve avoided, and the ones that will change your relationships for good.
Mariya breaks down why love is unconditional, but boundaries are not, what “floppy fences” are (and why they drain you), and how her Sliding Gate Technique can help you say no in a way that feels clean, confident, and good in your body. This conversation is honest, funny, and unbelievably freeing. 💖
