REBROADCAST: As Prayer Champions we must recognize that our time in prayer is a sweet and privileged time. It is a time of love and a time of intimacy with our Dear LORD and Mighty GOD. We can enter into GOD’S gates with thanksgiving, and into GOD’S courts with praise. It is also a time of abundant blessings as we enter into the Holy realm of GOD’S eternal presence. Today we will prepare ourselves to offer a prayer of healing. We will ask GOD for healing for our bodies, our emotions, our relationships and for our land. But before we ask for healing as prayer champions we understand that each type of prayer has a specific "rule" or set of principles that governs it. Effective prayer is a result of following these principles.

After last week’s Hurricane Matthew that left such devastation and death, as Prayer Champions we are praying today for how we move forward ‘After the Storm.’ Many times when we go through a terrible storm we may find ourselves asking how could something this dreadful happen?  How can people ever recover from this?  Will life as we know it ever be the same again? Immediately after a terrible storm, look for a rainbow in the sky. In other words stir up the hope we have in GOD to cultivate the determination and tenacity to move forward.  Although catastrophe and chaos may seem to abound in every direction, a ray of hope is always present. Let the favor of GOD refresh, restore and rejuvenate you. Be encouraged!

We have come to the fourth quarter of 2016 and our strategy for the next three months is to first Optimize October. In other words, we want to make the best of this month and take full advantage of the wonderful opportunities before us.  The analogy that we can draw from computer science is the understanding that to optimize is to modify the software to make the system work more efficiently.  We can relate when we think of downloading upgrades and revisions for our tablets, iPad and cell phones.

How we address GOD in our prayer speaks to our level of humility, reverence, and faith! We will be specific and cast all of our care upon the LORD.  We can pray about anything and everything that concerns us. Our faithful God  keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love and keep His commandments. We shall select a scripture about faithfulness and include it in our prayer. Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief. Psalm 143:1, NIV

We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37, NKJV)    Our mission is to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes. (John 4:23, NKJV)   We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 34:1, 2 Timothy 4:2)   In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we join together in Holy Communion. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)

It is my privilege and pleasure to proclaim GOD'S transformative power and loving kindness through this weekly Prayer Champion Broadcast!  Thank you for being a part of this movement to improve the quality of life for yourself as well as those within your circle of influence. The Bible instructs us to, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7, NKJV. I am asking GOD to help each Prayer Champion become the people according to James 5:16 who offer effective, fervent prayers to supernaturally turn situations around, create mighty breakthroughs and set free love, joy and peace in abundance!  Our specific goals are to enhance our intimate relationships with GOD in prayer, to know what the Bible says about prayer, and to remove prayer hindrances. May the Divine Favor of GOD surround you as a shied from this day forward, and may your prayer life be transformed to attract GOD’S richest blessings.

Our strategy is to grow to the point that the passion we have for CHRIST causes a deep sense of satisfaction to come into our hearts. To have passion for CHRIST is to have a very strong feeling and a very strong love. It is fervent and requires an outward expression of our adoration of the risen Savior. It will cause us to put all of our heart mind and soul into loving GOD. It produces a deep-seated unspeakable joy that cannot be taken away by the cares of life. Decide today, to enjoy your life.
