Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to the power of the spoken word. You hear it time and time again. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. I believe it so much I have "life" tattooed in my mouth and I want to ensure that you understand how powerful your word is and how you must speak life.

So, I was taking a listen to this track by Chika called "My Power," and in it she says, "my word is my power. Got to play the game to ascertain your power" because we know faith with our works is dear, right? She goes on to say, "Somewhere on the journey, we all bound to get tired. When life get lower, we get higher."

They say, if you can look up, you can get up. And sometimes that means you've got to speak life over yourself, through yourself and to yourself. So what are you saying to yourself? Are you speak in life over your life? Catch it.
