We hear about overnight success and we want instant shifts, and it can feel like things change in an instant, but really it’s the result of lots and lots of work. I’ve been healing a lot of old wounds and old stories with my coach and we landed on how sometimes we play the victim to the villains in our stories.
Through lots of processing and meditation at my last Miraval visit, I kept repeating to myself that there are no villains. At some point, I just felt free of the villains. I saw it clearly at dinner by myself when I started to feel self-conscious about what I was wearing, but I was able to release it and accept that there didn’t have to be any villains judging me instead of enjoying their dinner.
My goal is to be the support for the woman who hasn’t healed or freed herself from her villains yet, but she knows what she wants and what she’s capable of. I’m reminding myself, and you, to frequently check in and remember who you’re there for.
I’m here for you! I want you to know that on the other side of the hard is a whole lot of good and you deserve to do what you need to do in order to know you’re worthy of it and access it.
I’d love to hear from you. Like really, you! You can text me at 848-257-5301 to say hi, let me know what you’d like to hear, and get a great conversation going.
