The next school year is about to begin! Whether your kids are attending school in person, online, or through a homeschool program, starting is the hardest part. After 4-5 months of extended Spring/Summer Break, we're out of practice and unsure about what our new "normal" will look like.

We have no idea what this year will really look like, and we can't control all the factors we used to. But as we reach out for support from our sisters, give grace to ourselves and our families, and determine what creates a successful school year, we can be seaweed and enjoy the journey.

Alicia shares the story or her daughter, Lucy.  That's right, Alicia has a little girl who lived only one brief hour. Alicia talks to us about her experience of carrying Lucy, and giving birth to her, and how the women around her loved and strengthened her through it all.

You've Got This Sis!

You've heard it before: "You've Got This!" Maybe you're friend said it to offer encouragement, or your mom said it before you walked out the door in the morning. Some days you feel like "you've got this, Sis", and other days you don't. And that's okay! In fact, that's one reason why we started this podcast, to remind you that wherever you're at on that spectrum, you're not alone. Together we've got this!

Hey Sis!  Today we talk about a step we have taken in our journey to provide each of your content, resources and encouragement!  We recently gathered women in our life together for a "You've Got This Sis" photoshoot.  None of these women knew the other, it could have been really uncomfortable, even disastrous.  Alicia and I were the common thread, and huddled everyone together to share our vision of what "Sis" means to us,  and hopefully to all women.

Hey sis!

We have recognized that life is full of adventures BIG and small.  Today we want to highlight some of the things that we know to be adventures.  From some of the things we have had to learn on our own, to traveling and exploring the world together, with our families.
