On June 4, 2015, I presented a yoga workshop at IBM to the participants of the conference, "Women in Technology". The title of the talk was "How yoga can help manage stress". I am pleased to present an audio recording of the conference presentation.
Brief summary of what was discussed:
What is stress and how is it caused
Origin of stress is in the mind
Stress can only be managed by taking control of the mind
How memories are created
How the ego loves to use the memories to cause stress
How the techniques of yoga including physical stretching, breathing practices and meditation can help manage stress effectively
