今回のラジオでは、うつ病になるのは人と比較してしまい、ネガティブになることが原因ではないかと結論づけています。人と比較しないことは難しいけれど、自分は自分と割り切ることで少し楽に生きれるかもしれません。このラジオで苦しんでいた方が少し生きやすくなるきっかけになればうれしいです。
