Yusuf Hashim is an ex-corporate man who dared to take his life in a different and unconventional direction.

At 53, he retired from a cushy CEO job at Shell after fulfilling his duties as a corporate chieftain, son, husband and father.

And then he spent the next twenty years of his traveling to countries exotic and unknown, including the North and South Pole, the Himalayas and Patagonia.
