Zain and MJ

In this episode, MJ sits down with Guntaas Oberoi, the Indo-Kiwi indie-pop artist known for weaving raw emotional storytelling with the rich textures of Indian classical music and modern indie-pop. With soul-stirring lyrics and a genre-fusing sonic style, Guntaas is carving out a bold and refreshing space in today’s music landscape.

Fresh off performances at Auckland’s Moana Festival and multiple support shows for Australian artist Sarah Light across Melbourne, she’s building a dedicated trans-Tasman fanbase — and she’s only getting started.
