Dr Chilengi is a graduate of UNZA and has completed post graduate medical product development with a focus on malaria vaccine. Mr Mulenga was recently in the delegation led by Mrs Ngoza Munthali, State House Chief Analyst Economic and Diaspora Liaison Officer.
