Lazarous Mbulo will be talking about tobacco use and health with reference to Zambia.
Lazarous Mbulo has got a PhD in Health Education from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is the Health Surveillance Specialist for Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. In his position, Lazarous has worked in the area of tobacco control and prevention, examining the trends in tobacco use and consequences. He has also been involved in program planning, implementation and evaluation for tobacco control and prevention program in Nebraska, USA.
