as humans, we haven't so much changed and are still figuring out how to deal with the burdens (responsibilities)  of civilization and culture pressuring us,

our natural self, somewhat confused & befuddled,

means finding our base, our foundation, righting our Selves with sure-footed realization, as we keep  racing  ahead

we're working on that now, join, how, practice self improvement all day

the tools are everywhere, open inside to find them waiting for you every moment of your Life, smile & shine in one's self revelation flowing with one's breath and pulse, shimmering in one's ecstatic awareness.
