squeeze your eye almost closed, and be thankful for your vision

and on it goes,

be aware,

be thoughtful,

be at ease and open minded, consider rather than reject if not for anything other  than to expand your own investigation...

thinking about what we are doing, our reasoning, it resonates with use and becomes more vital and flexible

don't think it is very far from you, it isn't, it is everywhere,

where you are not, do not be frightened,

be open, be allowing, accepting of other concepts and ideas

doesn't mean you need embrace them, just observe and understand them as part of our world

be-ing curious is a blessing, joyful so, doubly...

remember, cousin, bundle of miracles, where we are, on a world spinning elliptically around a sun, spinning like a top, and watching as everything is changing all of the time, smile and celebrate you're alive, now, let's make sure we are doing our best and seeking positive improvement, integrity, truth

nourish your little plants, your little steps into the future

and pay attention as everything grows

harvest and enjoy your bounty, well deserved, for all your efforts

and plant all over again

just like this new breath or pulse of your life's engine

flowing in awe of life's grace and harmony, glowing with love

yep, good idea, every moment is one less, every moment is one more,

it is a dichotomy between the flowing moment and a singular moment.

which are you, both

remembering you are the continuity of your be-ing, you are the energy of life, and you are the perspective you bring forth from the depths of your heart and soul

what have you done to dress your be-ing in new clothes, better and better virtues and qualities, of course

practice all day, awareness is  key, awake means greater receptivity, alert is a state of practice feeling one's sensitivity and grace, ecstasy is it's taste

just dew it, and whatever your response, learn, and do it again, one step is enough

I think there is probably a good chance all of us have been both female and male in our long lineage of evolution,

just thinking and not wanting to hurt any feelings,

yet, think it through on your own,

you know

we need each other, don't forget,

we are not in judgment, but in anticipation of learning, of looking for inspiration, be-ing curious

understanding our Selves, others, everyone, all our cousins no matter what persuasion or pseudo race we use to tell our Selves apart

and energy source for our cellular body,

a means of remembering everything we usually take for granted
