This week I had the pleasure of having Giselle of Metta Health UK Join me.
Metta Health is A family-run business, and They are a UK Based medical concierge service that supports clients' access to rapid, affordable, and high-quality care in the UK. They are passionate about what they do to help clients get the best healthcare outcomes possible.
Metta Health is on an initiative to help more U.S. citizens get the proper care they deserve without the outrageous costs involved. Sometimes, clients can fly, get seen, and get treatment for less than they would in the states. Men over 50 years old and those of Caribbean descent are encouraged to get their PSA checked, as it can often be overlooked in the early stages.
In this episode, Giselle explains what some of their concierge services consist of and some of the cutting-edge treatments available for prostate cancer.

This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Preston Corbell. This retired Hollywood stuntman has been a part of many exciting projects, including DC and Marvel Universe comics and television series such as One tree hill and vampire diaries.
In this episode, we learn some of Preston's favorite sports and athletes and an excellent behind-the-scenes listen to what a stuntman's life is like and how he landed a career as a stuntman.

This week I had the pleasure of having on the podcast Mr. Tyson Clarke of Wisconsin. He's a former athlete and entrepreneur, much like myself!
He is the creator of the app 'voiceta', a learning platform that teaches assertiveness. The idea initially stemmed from him creating it for a corporate environment and has now put it out to market as a B2C product.
I got a chance to use it for a bit and am genuinely impressed. I think many people can benefit from this, business people, students, and individuals in relationships who want to communicate better.

ST is our special guest for this week's episode we had a great chat about how general fitness and well-being helped him be more productive at work and also improve his personal life as well.

This is an episode that was on the plan for a long time and we are finally releasing it, Reidland reached out to us as he wanted to not only learn more but also share more of his journey with fitness and more specifically the Keto diet.
Clients know that we don't really reach any particular diet over another so this was a good opportunity to showcase from a different the good and bad of a particular diet.
What we like to teach us is that the most effective diet is the one that you will stick to, many times individuals will tend to go with a diet simply because it worked for their friend, now it may work for you as well if you have many of the same habits and cravings, but for the most part this won't be the best route to take. Do your due diligence and make sure that what you have selected as a diet to follow is sustainable first and foremost.
