Hey! welcome back to the FREE4ALL this week I was able to catch up with a fitness trainer all the way from Hong Kong, his name is Andy and in this episode you'll get to know him a little better and how he can make YOU better through movement based training.
Andy has a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the fitness industry through learning and sharing different unique methodologies. Drawing on his master’s degree in exercise science and influenced by his 10-year stay in the United States, Andy has a unique outlook on health and athletic performance. You’ll find hints of traditional Chinese medicine integrated into his training philosophy, where harmony between all aspects of life is a prerequisite to optimal health and human performance.
Andy is the Co-Author of the book 'Dynamic Balance' which will be released in a few short days. (January 4th 2022)
This conversation was a a ton of fun as we also brought up his 10 year stay in the US, mostly in the east coast and mid-west, some of his first American sporting venues and some of the athletes that he got to see in person.
