It turns out Spectacle Rock isn’t the only entrance to Death. This week in Zelda II we explore the town of Ruto, meet some guy name Error, save a trophy and use a new spell to travel south to Saria and Midoro Palace. We meet some other guy named Bagu, and journey through the treacherous Death Mountain.

This is the point where past attempts to play through this game petered out for me. What do you think of the difficulty of Zelda II?
