We keep negative people in our lives even though it is in our best interest to confront them or eliminate them from our lives altogether. We do the same thing with places. we go to places that sap our energy and make us stressed. While we think the reasons are good, it turns out that it is simply easier. Yup, we hate to be inconvenienced so instead we just settle, and do what we always do, stay comfortable and let life happen to us.
Today I talk about those reasons more in depth; the reasons that you go to places that are not beneficial.

This week I am working with the premise I outlined last week; that to be happy you need to surround yourself with positivity. The focus last week was on people. This week I am taking the same premise, yet instead of people I am going to be talking about places.
Each of us walk into places without any concern about how our environment. The places we frequent have the ability to shorten your lifespan. It may sound far-fetched, but in this episode I will talk about how the negative energy in those places takes years off your life.
More to the point, I will help you identify those places so that you can stay clear of them and safeguard your heath.
I finish this week by explaining how to go about saving a negative relationship.
Every one of us, at one time or another, made a friend who turned out to be negative. They may have started out positive, but somewhere along the line they turned sour; always complaining, never smiling, and most of all, bringing you down.
So what did you? You let them know how you felt, right? You told them their new behavior was not helping you be hopeful or optimistic, right? You didn't? Why not? You know that if you continue to hang around negative people it's going to bring you down, right? It will, and fast.
If you aren't sure why you are holding on to negative people I have 7 reasons you may want to hear. Chances are very good that I list the reason.

Everyone wants to be happy, right? So how come some people aren't? I thought about this the other day and I came up with a pretty clear reason why; people don't assess where they are happy and where they are not.
Take people, for instance. If you want to have a positive, uplifting and happy life you need to be surrounded by like minded people. However, many people let negative people stay in their lives because they never assessed if they added to their lives or not.
Many people make excuses for having negative people in their lives. They feel they can't just quit a job with a boss that doesn't respect them (YOU CAN AND YOU SHOULD). Or they feel that a parent that is abusive or unkind needs to stay in their lives (again, no, they don't)
This week I am putting the focus on helping you evaluate all the people in your life that you spend the most time with. Today, I am going to talk about evaluating the people in your life and then once you have that list, the people that add to your life and the people that don't, then I will talk about how to change or relationship or end it.
On Friday I will talk about adding more positive people to your life.

Our culture, our technology and societal beliefs all push people to move, and to move fast. ZEN commuter has a few common goals. Help you become more purposeful, kinder and happier to name a few. However, there is one goal that is ultimately the most important one, and that is teaching you how to love and appreciate who you are.
If you don't start there then the rest is for nothing. If you can't agree that you are remarkable, deserving of happiness and joy, then you will sabotage your efforts to make it happen. Consciously you may want to be happy, but if your subconscious isn't on board then it's easy to see who will win.
Today I want to give you 6 ways to increase your level of self love.
